Demetria has always been a hard worker and entrepreneur at heart. She first opened her doors in 1997. For 20 years she has been taking care of customers and honing her design skills to help people make their homes as beautiful as possible. She believes in getting the job done right and instills the same values in her sales and installation teams.

Camille Congdon, Accountant/ Manager

Camille studied accounting at Great Basin College of Nevada. She meticulously looks at the numbers, and if something doesn't add up she's the one to get to the bottom of it. She enjoys solving financial problems, and since 2000 she has been a reliable manager and accountant. Her logic and approach to problems help keep everyone on track.

Pam Compton, Flooring Consultant

Pam has been with our store here in Elko since 2007. In her years with us she has worn a number of hats, from warehousing to management. Her experience has suited her well in her position as a flooring consultant. Pam is passionate about helping clients with their design ideas and product selection so they will feel confident as they apply designs that make their home one of a kind! Dave Woods, Flooring Specialist

This man really knows flooring! He's been doing carpet so long they should name it after him. He is a nationally recognized CFI certified flooring installer. Dave loves what he does.
